PROLINK

REBRANDING A HEALTHCARE STAFFING POWERHOUSE

Since its founding in 2011, Prolink had built a massive reputation in healthcare and travel nurse staffing. But as they evolved into a multi-industry leader with an incredibly high-energy culture, their "Staffing" label and legacy "running man" logo started to feel like a suit that no longer fit. They came to WANT for a full rebrand that would reflect their transformation into a diversified powerhouse across multiple sectors.

My Role As the project lead at WANT Branding, I navigated the complex discovery and alignment process to move the brand beyond its origins.

  • Led the engagement from kickoff through delivery, ensuring strategic cohesion across all creative phases

  • Conducted 20+ internal and external stakeholder interviews to gain deep insights into the company's culture and market position

  • Guided the strategic recommendation to drop “Staffing” from the name, allowing the brand to scale into new industries

  • Managed the evolution of the visual identity, transitioning the legacy “running man” into a more dynamic and inclusive “runner” symbol

  • Developed a comprehensive brand architecture and style guide to unify various sub-brands under a single, cohesive entity

  • Oversaw the production of a two-minute corporate video to introduce the renewed vision and commitment to their global network

Impact

  • Successfully transitioned the brand from a niche staffing agency to a multi-industry leader

  • Streamlined the brand architecture, creating a unified identity for easier cross-sector expansion

  • Delivered a modern, energetic brand system that matches the company’s internal culture and relentless drive for innovation
