Launching an Enterprise Identity for a Global Workforce Leader

BDV Solutions was already the top name in EB-3 visa consulting, but their success created a unique problem. As they expanded into new visa categories, their specialized reputation actually held them back. Because the industry is so strictly regulated, they could not easily cross-sell or tell a larger story about their full range of services. They came to WANT to create a "parent" brand that could house a fragmented portfolio and give the business a credible, enterprise-level face.

My Role As the project lead, I navigated the architectural complexity of ten different sub-brands to create a unified system for both employers and candidates.

  • I drove the entire project from the initial naming sessions to the final site launch, ensuring the strategy remained consistent through every phase.

  • I managed a dozen stakeholders through high-stakes decisions regarding the new name and brand direction, keeping the leadership team aligned across multiple sub-entities.

  • Through stakeholder interviews, we identified the core insight that partners needed a guide to navigate the complexity of immigration, which led to the "Navigate with Experience" positioning.

  • I oversaw the development of the new website from the ground up, directing the sitemap, content strategy, and UX to ensure the enterprise voice felt human and trustworthy.

  • I led the naming development for "Vanteo," landing on an identity that suggests a better vantage point for global hiring.

  • My team and I delivered a full suite of activation tools, including investor decks and brand guidelines, to provide the sales team with the resources needed to start cross-selling immediately.

Impact
